Dr. Gwendolyn Lovelace Watson is an educator, author, and founder of LW Educational Advocacy & Consulting. With extensive experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and principal, she has spent her career advancing equity, empowering families, and challenging the systems that shape student outcomes. Dr. Lovelace Watson specializes in IEP and 504 advocacy, school leadership development, and strategic support for schools navigating academic, behavioral, and cultural challenges.
Known for her unapologetic honesty and fierce compassion, she writes and speaks on the intersections of identity, education, and leadership.
